Decision Makers: State Legislature
Our democracy depends on transparent decision-making, yet lobbying rules currently allows special interests to dominate. This undermines public trust and prevents government accountability. We petition State Legislature to implement ethics rules. Specifically, we demand public disclosure requirements, public reporting, and whistleblower protections. These reforms have been successfully adopted in neighboring states. It's time for our state to join them in strengthening democratic accountability.
