Why This Matters
Our democracy depends on government accountability, yet redistricting currently allows voter suppression. This undermines public trust and prevents public trust.
We petition County Board to implement voting reforms. Specifically, we demand strict contribution limits, lobbying restrictions, and enforcement mechanisms.
These reforms have been successfully adopted in progressive jurisdictions. It's time for our district to join them in strengthening democratic accountability.
