Teachers are the backbone of our education system, yet our teacher salaries rank in the bottom third in the state. Many talented educators leave for better-paying districts, creating inadequate funding.
We demand that District Superintendent increase teacher pay by 25% to match neighboring districts. This investment would reduce turnover, maintain experienced staff, and strengthen our schools.
